Making Your Way to The Ranch

You can fly direct to Dallas Forth Worth International Airport.  We will leave from DFW Airport via transport van on the evening of April 10th and drive you to the Ranch.  If you'd prefer to hire a car or drive on your own, you're more than welcome. 

A return trip from the Ranch to DFW International Airport will be made early morning April 15th.  

We ask that all retreat participants be at the Ranch Sunday evening so you can have a good night's sleep and be ready to saddle up and move 'em out first thing Monday morning.

Kerry inspires leaders to reach their fullest potential. She is an award-winning leader through her work in diversity and inclusion. With more than 20 years’ hands-on experience working in the financial services industry she understands the
 challenges and opportunities facing leaders in the Age of Digital. Her internationally-focused work designing and implementing bespoke leadership and coaching programmes has afforded her the opportunity to learn what the difference is that makes the difference for people and organisations. She is a mischievous explorer of hearts and minds and enables growth and positive change.

Paul Cartwright

Paul is an experienced communication coach and trainer and an accomplished public speaker. Over the course of his near 10-year career he has designed and delivered bespoke development programmes that have enabled his clients to achieve tangible and sustainable change. Paul is an expert at impactful communication, organisational rapport and understanding human behavioural drivers, which is something he brings from his background as a Major Donor Fundraiser securing significant personal donations from high-net-worth individuals.

We're fully certified, both as an Accredited Institute and as NLP Trainers, by the Association of Integrative Psychology (AIP). When you become an NLP Practitioner, you'll set yourself apart with a globally-recognised certification.  You can opt in to  your  chose NLP certification when you book.

Cancellation Policy

If you cancel your place 120 days or more before the event you will be refunded. Cancellation 90 days prior to the event will result in a 50% refund. Cancellations 30 days or less forfeit their deposit and any payments made. 

If you request to  reschedule your attendance to  the retreat with a 30 day or more prior notice to scheduled event date, KEPAGA will reschedule you on the next available retreat  at no charge to you. If notified less than 30 days prior to the scheduled event date, there will be a 20% total booking cost adjusting the event date.
